Once a product/service is purchased, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under normal circumstances. Please ensure that you thoroughly review your order before making a purchase.

Case-by-Case Exceptions

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. In rare cases, we may consider a return, exchange, or refund request on a case-by-case basis. Such requests must be submitted within seven of purchase and will be reviewed by our customer service team. If a return or exchange is approved, the decision will be at the sole discretion of Labzio, and additional terms and conditions may apply.
